If TippyTrip provides expense management or reimbursement support features, we may collect information such as expense claims, receipts, invoices, bills, travel purpose, project codes, cost centres, approval status, reimbursement status, payment references, comments, supporting documents, and audit records.
This information may be accessed by authorized corporate administrators, approvers, finance users, and support teams depending on the account settings. 13. Use of Information for Travel Bookings
TippyTrip may use traveller and booking information to search availability, reserve seats or rooms, issue tickets or vouchers, process amendments, cancel bookings, request refunds, confirm check-ins, provide itinerary updates, and coordinate with travel service providers. Employees and travellers should understand that travel information related to official bookings may be visible to authorized representatives of their employer or corporate client.
19. Data Retention

Booking records, invoices, payment records, communication records, approval logs, and expense records may be retained for a reasonable period as required by business and legal obligations.
20. Data Security
TippyTrip takes reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Users and corporate clients are responsible for keeping login credentials, passwords, OTPs, devices, and account access secure.
21. User Responsibility for Information Security
Users must not share passwords, OTPs, login credentials, payment authentication details, or confidential booking information with unauthorized persons. Corporate clients should ensure that only authorized employees and representatives have access to the corporate account and should remove access for employees who leave the organization or no longer require access.

If you provide information on behalf of another traveller, employee, guest, or third party, you confirm that you have the authority and consent to provide such information.
You may withdraw consent where permitted by law. However, withdrawal of consent may affect TippyTrip's ability to provide services. For example, if traveller information cannot be shared with airlines or hotels, bookings may not be possible.
